The stairwell design should be in line with the current national standards "building design fire code" (GBJ16) and "high-rise civil building design fire code" (GB50045) the relevant provisions.

2, the net width of the staircase section should not be less than 1.10 m. Six floors and six floors of the following residential, one side of the staircase section with a balustrade net width should not be less than 1m.
Note: The net width of the stair section refers to the horizontal distance between the wall and the centre of the handrail.

The vertical height of the staircase platform from the lower edge of the structure to the pedestrian passage should not be less than 2 m. The difference in height between the entrance floor and the outdoor ground should be not less than 0.10 m. The height difference between the entrance floor and the outdoor ground should be not less than 0.10 m.
5、When the net width of the stairwell is greater than 0.11m, measures must be taken to prevent children from climbing and slipping.

Note:

(3) The top floor is a two-storey set of leaping residence, the part of the leaping floor does not count the number of floors. If the height of the entrance floor of the top floor from the outdoor design ground of the building does not exceed 16m, the lift may not be provided.
(4) When the middle floor of the residence has a direct access to the outdoor ground and a fire escape, the number of floors can be calculated from the middle floor.
7, twelve floors and above the high-rise residential, each building should not be less than two sets of lifts, which is appropriate to configure a stretcher can be accommodated in the lift.
8, high-rise residential lift should be set up on each floor. When the residential lift is not set up on each floor, the number of floors without station should not exceed two. Tower and corridor type high-rise residential lift should be arranged in groups. Unit-type high-rise residential units only one lift per unit should be used to contact the corridor connection.
9, the depth of the waiting hall should not be less than the depth of the largest car box in multiple lifts, and should not be less than 1.50m.
