Ding told the reporter that CSR Sifang has implemented global R&D layout in recent years, established an open mechanism and platform for collaborative innovation among industries, universities and research institutes, and gathered global innovation resources through technological fusion and radiation, and the establishment of R&D centre in the United Kingdom this time is a key step in the establishment of high-speed rail innovation system in the global framework. Previously, CSR Sifang has set up "China-Thailand High-speed Railway Joint Research Centre" and "China-Germany Railway Technology Joint R&D Centre" in Thailand and Germany.
